- Rapid Quote & Desktop Assessment: – Share your property address and inspection requirements, We will preform a quick airspace and hazard check to confirm site viability and send you over a fixed price quotation.
- Flight Planning & Weather Watch: – We schedule your flight around optimal weather conditions (dry weather and safe wind limits) and conduct a pre-flight risk assessment.
- On-Site Aerial Survey: – Our CAA registered pilot carries out pre-flight checks and deploys an ultra lightweight, low noise 4k Drone. Typical inspections take under 40 minutes with zero disruption to occupants and/or neighbours.
- High-Res Digital Delivery: – Receive your organised visual (annotated) PDF report along side a link to ‘WeTransfer/Dropbox’ to download your high definition photos/video(s) files directly via a secure link to your PC/Tablet/Mobile device.

Q. Do you need scaffolding/platform or ladders to inspect my roof?
A. No. Our aerial drone work completly eliminates the need for expensive scaffolding or high risk ladders during the inspection stage. If repairs are required, our detailed (annotated) PDF report shows your contractor exactly where the issues are and where/how to access.
Q. Are you fully quailifed and insured?
A. Yes. TAIER operates under Abilitex Ltd, utilising CAA (Civil Aviation Authority) registered pilots and sub 250g drone aircraft compliant with UK Air Navigation Regulations. We maintain specialist EC 785/2004 aviation public liability insurance for complete peace of mind. Our pilots hold Flyer ID’s and we have Organisation Operator ID in place.
Q. What about privacy and my neighbours’ properties?
A. We strictly comply with UK GDPR and CAA privacy guidelines. Cameras are directed strictly at the target property, any accidental background footage of neighbouring gardens, windows, people is redacted or blurred post-production.
Q. What happens if the weather is bad on survey day?
A. Drone safely is our top priority. We monitor local wind speeds, precipitation and airspace conditions closly. If weather conditions exceed safe operating limits(e.g heavy rain or high wind speeds/gusts) we will notify you immediately/on-site and reschedule your survey for the next available window at no extra cost.
